Fans of Julius Caeser there is something to cherish for.The Largo di Torre Argentina where Julius Ceaser was murdered around 22 times is soon going to be the tourists place.
Largo di Torre Argentina is the site where Julius Caesar was stabbed 22 times to death by rival Roman senators on March 15, 44 BC. The remains of the complex that includes the Theater of Pompey, the Senate House, and four temples, were first excavated back in the 1920s by Benito Mussolini.
At present, the region is in ruins and has become important for its several bus stops. Besides, there’s also a cat centre where one can see several stray cats roaming.
Earlier this week, the mayor of Rome Virginia Raggi, announced the restoration of the site and project has been undertaken by the famous Italian fashion brand Bulgari.The work to get completed by 2021.
